During early Asian deals on Friday, the New Zealand dollar strengthened against the Australian dollar. The kiwi is now trading at a 2-day high of 1.2814 against the aussie, compared to Thursday's close of 1.2837. If the kiwi gains further, it will break 1.280 and target the 1.277 level.
