Lithuania's retail sales growth slowed in February, after a modest improvement in the previous month, data from the Department of Statistics showed Wednesday.
Retail sales excluding sale of automobiles increased 7.3 annually in February, following a revised 11.3 percent growth seen in January. It was the weakest pace of growth since July last year, when sales grew 6.2 percent.
Sale of food products, beverages and tobacco fell 3.7 percent year-on-year in February, while sale of non-food products tumbled 10.5 percent during the period.
Month-on-month, sales declined 6.6 percent in February, following a 22.1 percent fall in January.
