After-market Movers For Mar. 28 (RHT, FUL, MOS, ONTY)

Red Hat, Inc. (RHT) shares surged more than 8% in after hours trading after the world's largest seller of Linux software reported better-than-expected fourth quarter results and announced a new $300 million stock buyback program.

Shares of H.B. Fuller Co. (FUL) gained 1% in extended hours trading after he adhesive and paint maker reported first quarter revenue and earnings above analysts' estimate.

Mosaic Co. (MOS) shares fell more than 2% in late trading after the fertilizer giant reported sharply lower third quarter profit and warned of compressed margins for the rest of fiscal year 2012. The company also cut its capital spend outlook for 2012.

Shares of Oncothyreon Inc. (ONTY) slipped more than 4% in after hours trading after the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said it plans to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.
