Tangoe, Inc. (TNGO) said it priced registered public offering of an aggregate of 8 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $18.50 per share. Of the shares in the offering, 2.2 million shares are being offered by Tangoe, and 5.8 million shares are being offered by selling stockholders.
In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.2 million additional shares at the public offering price.
Tangoe said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
