Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, has been cast in the Tyler Perry created TBS sitcom, For Better or Worse.
The sitcom, the second season of which airs in July, will feature Bobbi Kristina in a recurring role. No other details were made immediately available.
According to reports, Perry made his private jet available to Houston's family to transport her body to Newark, New Jersey where it was interred; in addition, he spoke at her funeral.
Houston's death, which thrust Bobbi into the national spotlight, also prompted a highly publicized interview with Oprah on her OWN network.
During the interview, Bobbi Kristina said that she wants to follow in her mother's footsteps:
"I gotta carry on her legacy. It's a lot of pressure, but (my mom) prepared me for it."
