Iran Inflation Rate At 21.5%, Central Bank Says

Iran's official inflation rate for the Iranian Year which ended on March 19 was 21.5 percent, reports said Sunday citing a statement from the central bank.

The central bank had earlier reported the inflation rate for the preceding year as 12.4 percent.

Prices jumped 3.4 percent month-on-month during the final month of the year.
