Infoblox Inc. (BLOX) said it is offering 5.74 million shares of its common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 1.76 million shares of common stock.
The company noted that it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders and added that this is its initial public offering and no public market currently exists for its shares.
Infoblox anticipates that the initial public offering price of its common stock will be between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters the right to buy up to an extra 1.13 million shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
