General Cable Acquires Delphia Produtos Eletricos

General Cable Corp. (BGC), said it acquired Brazilian company Delphia Produtos Eletricos Ltda, a maker of automotive ignition wire harnesses.

The acquired will continue to operate as Delphia under the umbrella of General Cable Automotiva Brasil. Delphia had generated revenues of about $20 million in 2011.
