The Federal Statistical Office is set to release final Germany inflation data for March at 2.00 am ET Friday. Ahead of the data, the euro showed mixed trading against its major counterparts. While the euro edged down against the pound, it was steady against the rest of major currencies.
At 1:55 am ET, the euro was worth 1.3174 against the greenback, 106.73 against the yen, 0.8261 against the pound and 1.2021 against the franc.
