The Temper Trap have released the video for their latest track, "Need Your Love," from their self-titled sophomore album.
The single itself is not due to release until May 7, but fans can stream the track via the Trap's website. Another track, "Rabbit Hole," is also freely streaming.
Guitarist Lorenzo Sillitto, speaking with NME, noted that the band had shifted direction musically lately:
"We bought a Moog, and we already had a keyboard that had some synth elements. When we got in the studio it was our way of making things more textural, we used a lot of old '80s synths to the songs."
The group's self-titled LP comes out on May 21; it follows 2009's Conditions and features new band member Joseph Greer manning the keys and guitar.
