Robert Plant will debut his new outfit, The Sensational Space Shifters, with a May 8 concert at the Gloucester Guildhall in Gloucester, England.
The news was announced through This Is Gloucestershire:
"It gives me great pleasure to announce Led Zeppelin frontman and award-winning solo artist Robert Plant will be performing an exclusive low-key warm-up show at Gloucester Guildhall next month," said Programming and Marketing Manager Joe Schiavon. "This is obviously a massive show for us, and we can't wait to host it."
"The show, entitled 'Robert Plant Presents Sensational Space Shifters', will be his first with his new band, ahead of a busy summer festival schedule," Schiavon continued.
The Space Shifters include members of Plant's previous band, Strange Sensation, along with the addition of blues guitarist Justin Adams.
