Austria's industrial production decreased from last year in February, data released by Statistics Austria showed Tuesday.
Industrial production decreased a working-day adjusted 0.9 percent on an annual basis in February.
Production of intermediate goods decreased 3.8 percent annually, while non-durable consumer goods output fell by 8.3 percent. Meanwhile, there was a 9.5 percent annual growth in energy production during the month. Production of capital goods and durable consumer goods advanced 3.6 percent and 0.8 percent respectively.
Month-on-month, industrial output declined a seasonally adjusted 1.4 percent in February, the agency said.
