Alan Jackson has put his Center Hill Lake, Tennessee complex up for sale again. He previously put it up for $3.9 million a few years ago, but took it off before making some additions. The tag is now $4.9 million.

The additions include a theater room and a new kitchen. The house is 6,100 square feet and the guest house 2,000.

"We've enjoyed our lake house for over 20 years, but as our girls have gotten older, we don't find as many opportunities to use the property as a family," Jackson said of the decision to sell.

"And after Denise's fight with cancer last year, we've re-evaluated our lives and plans for the future and felt like this fits into those plans."

The lakeside retreat comes complete with a five-bedroom main house, boat dock, custom two-story houseboat and helipad.
