Mumford and Sons have reportedly finished recording the follow-up to their 2009 debut Sigh No More.

Speaking with NME.com, keyboardist Ben Lovett explained that they have finished all tracks, but they won't hesitate to scrap it all and start again if they aren't completely satisfied with the recordings:

"We're done recording it. But if we listen back while we're mixing and discover it's s**t, we'll just start again. We're not going to put it out until it's good enough."

The news comes at a busy time for the group, who also plans to host two music festivals this summer. The first will take place at Huddersfield's Greenhead Park on June 2 and the second will be on June 9 at Galway's Salthill Park.

"We know there are s**tloads of festivals in Britain and no-one needs a new one. But what we thought was missing was a high-quality, inner-city event where you can take over the city itself," the band's Winston Marshall told NME.com.
