This month the Grand Ole Opry will host special performances from Alan Jackson and Ricky Skaggs, as well performances from Alison Krauss, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Josh Turner and Carrie Underwood.
Jackson, who has been an Opry member since 1991, will perform a select number of songs from his forthcoming new album, Thirty Miles West, out June 5, when he takes to the historic stage on May 8. Little Big Town, Thompson Square and Chris Young will also appear on the Tuesday show.
Skaggs will mark his 30th anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry on May 15. His guests will include Krauss, Turner, the Whites and more.
A second Opry show has been added on May 12, which features Paisley, Underwood and Scotty McCreery. Rascal Flatts, who joined the Opry in 2011, will play May 22. In addition, Opry members Ronnie Milsap, Montgomery Gentry and Craig Morgan will join Kellie Pickler in the lineup that night.
