General Finance Corp. (GFN) Tuesday reported a profit for the third quarter compared to a loss last year, driven mainly by a surge in revenues.
The Pasadena, California-based company's third-quarter net profit attributable to common stockholders was $1.17 million or $0.05 per share, compared to a net loss of $2.54 million or $0.12 per share last year.
Total revenues for the quarter grew 30 percent to $56.15 million from $43.32 million in the prior-year quarter.
