Eddie Vedder and Dave Matthews both make appearances on Jack Johnson's latest, Jack Johnson and Friends Best of Kokua Festival.
The album culls material from Johnson's benefit concert for the Kokua Hawaii Foundation. It has thirteen tracks total.

Vedder appears on "Constellations" with Johnson and Kawika Kahiapo and "I Shall Be Released" with Johnson and Zach Gill & Friends.

Matthews appears on "A Pirate Looks at Forty" with Johnson and Tim Reynolds.

Others featured on the disc are Ben Harper, Willie Nelson, Jackson Browne, G. Love and Ziggy Marley.

"Hawaii has more school gardens because of Willie Nelson and Ben Harper. We have more field trips out into nature because of Eddie Vedder and Kawika Kahiapo. More recycling bins in classrooms because of Ziggy Marley and Paula Fuga, less plastic on the beaches because of Jackson Browne and John Cruz, more healthy school snacks because of Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds; and now thanks to you, and everyone who purchases this album, the Kokua Hawaii Foundation will be able to continue inspiring Hawaii's next generation of environmental stewards," said Johnson in a presser.
