Hyduke Energy Services Inc. (HYD.TO) Tuesday reported a sharp increase in profit for the first quarter, driven mainly by a surge in revenues.
The Nisku, Canada-based company reported a first-quarter net profit of C$1.98 million or C$0.08 per share, compared to C$154 thousand or C$0.01 per share last year.
Total revenues for the quarter grew 82 percent to C$33.18 million from C$18.22 million in the prior-year quarter.
