American Science & Engineering (ASEI) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.15 after the bell Monday, down from $1.03 in the prior year period. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $35 million stock repurchase program.
American Science & Engineering gapped open sharply lower Tuesday and declined for the majority of the session. The stock ended the day down by 16.14 at $51.21 on the highest volume of the year. Shares plunged beneath support and finished at a new low for the year.
