After-market Movers For May 17 (CRM, GPS, MRVL, ARUN, ADSK)

Shares of Salesforce.com Inc. (CRM) rose more than 7% in after hours trading after the world's largest seller of online customer-management software reported forecast-beating first quarter results and raised its outlook for the fiscal year 2013.

Gap, Inc. (GPS) shares gained more than 3% in extended hours trading after the apparel retailer raised its full year earnings outlook.

Shares of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (MRVL) rose more than 3% in late trading after the chipmaker's first quarter results beat analysts estimate, and the company said will start paying quarterly dividends. The company also increased its stock repurchase plan.

Aruba Networks Inc. (ARUN) shares fell nearly 7% in after hours trading after the maker of wireless communications network equipments reported third quarter results that failed to beat analysts' estimate.

Shares of Autodesk Inc. (ADSK) slipped more than 7% in extended hours trading after the design software maker gave down-beat forecasts for the second quarter.
