Michael Jackson's crystal glove, slated to hit the auction block this December, is expected to fetch over $400,000 at auction.
The rare item is among a collection of stage-wear worn by the late King of Pop set to go up for auction at Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills, California on December 2, says People.com. All proceeds are going towards Guide Dogs of America and the Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas.
Among the other garments in the collection, which will be part of a world tour starting at the Museo de la Moda in Santiago, Chile before making their way throughout South America, the U.S., Asia and Europe, include jackets Jackson wore during performances of "Bad" and "Beat It," custom-made shirts and a gold belt.
"There is no doubt that Michael Jackson was a global fashion icon as well as award winning and beloved musician," a spokesperson for Julien's Auctions said. "His wardrobe dictated many of the styles throughout the last few decades. Jackson played a very intimate role in the designs and completion of every costume and piece of clothing he wore both on stage and in his personal life."
