Golden Sun Capital Inc. (GST_P.V) announced the successful closing of its initial public offering of 2.01 million common shares in the capital of the Corporation at a price of $0.10 per share, resulting in gross proceeds to the Corporation of $201,480.

Union Securities Ltd. acted as agent in connection with the Offering and received a cash commission of 10% of the gross proceeds of the Offering and was granted an option to purchase 201,480 Common Shares at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 24 months from the date the Common Shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the Exchange).

The company said it granted an aggregate of 571,480 options to acquire Common Shares in the capital of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.10 per Common Share. The Options are for a five year term from the date of grant and vest immediately.
