The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.47. The company expects to report second quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.46 to $0.51, compared to the consensus estimate of $0.51.
Autodesk gapped open sharply lower Friday and fell in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock ended the day down by 4.47 at $30.26 on the highest volume of the year. Autodesk sank to over a 4-month low and dropped below its 200-day moving average.
