Toby Keith has signed on to co-host the upcoming CMT Awards alongside Hollywood star Kristen Bell. Toby previously hosted the event with Pamela Anderson in 2003 and is also nominated at this year's event for his "Red Solo Cup" video.
Speaking of the hosting duties with people.com, the seven-time CMT winner said "it's an honor to get that call." Toby joins a deep list of Nashville stars appearing at the event including Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley and Lady Antebellum.
It will be Bell's first trip to Nashville for the event and speaking with the site she said she's a huge country fan, noting: "Country music makes me happy." She also admitted her secret love for Miranda Lambert.
The event will air live on June 6 on CMT and CMT.com and fans can vote for their favorite artists online through June 4.
