Bazaarvoice, Inc. (BV) Thursday announced its preliminary expectations for the fiscal fourth quarter 2012, first quarter 2013, fiscal years 2012 and 2013.
Looking ahead to the fourth quarter ending April 30, 2012, Bazaarvoice expects revenues to range between $31.0 million and $31.5 million, representing year-over-year revenue growth of 60.8 percent and 63.4 percent respectively. On average, five analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report revenues of $28.30 million for the fourth quarter.
For the fiscal year 2012, revenues are forecast in the range of $105.7 million to $106.2 million, up 63.9 percent to 64.7 percent from last year. Analysts currently expect revenues of $102.93 million for 2012.
For the first fiscal quarter ending July 31, 2012, revenues are expected to be in the range of $32.5 million to $33.0 million. Analysts forecast revenues of $29.81 million for the quarter.
Looking ahead to the fiscal year 2013, revenues are forecast in the range of $137.0 million to $139.0 million. Analysts expect revenues of $131.25 million for 2013.
