The Foo Fighters have been added to the lineup for Milwaukee's Summerfest. Dave Grohl and the guys will perform at the Marcus Amphitheater on June 28, with tickets going on sale on today.
The Foo's are touring behind their 2011 album Wasting Light, which was certified gold less than two months after debuting at number one in a dozen countries.
This year marks the 45th anniversary of the annual Milwaukee Summerfest. Summerfest runs June 27 to July 1 and July 3 to 8.
Other artists appearing at this year's event include the Roots, the Hives, Ben Folds Five, Fountains of Wayne, David Gray, Chicago, Kool & the Gang and Paul Oakenfold, Thievery Corporation and Burton Cummings, among others.
