Slash's new Hollywood production company, Slasher Films, has begun filming their first film, Nothing to Fear.
It was back in 2010 when Slash first announced that he was planning on launching his own production company, similar to what Rob Zombie did. The rocker said he would focus on the horror genre and model his films after the "slasher" movies from the 1970's and 1980's.
The first film in production, Nothing To Fear, is currently being filmed in the small town of Covington, Louisiana, reports Louisiana's St. Tammany News. Picking this town to film in was intentional since it resembles Stull, Kansas, which is believed by some to be one of the seven gateways to hell.
Actors starring in the Nothing To Fear, which has been described as a suspenseful thriller, include Anne Heche and her husband James Tupper.
