Gainers:

The company announced plans to sell its midstream assets in three separate transactions, with cash proceeds expected from the transaction to be more than $4.0 billion. The company also expects the midstream divestitures to enable it to reduce its previously budgeted capital expenditures by $3.0 billion over the next three years.
Francesca's Holdings Corp. (FRAN) is rising 16 percent to $25.84. The company's first quarter profit and sales improved from the year-ago quarter. The company forecast second quarter results above Wall Street view and also lifted its full-year 2012 guidance.
Molina Healthcare, Inc. (MOH) is rising more than 19 percent to $18.50. Centene Corp. (CNC) is up 11 percent to $36.48. Both companies separately announced that they have been selected by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services for contract to serve Medicaid members in Ohio.
Decliners:
McDonald's Corp. (MCD) is down 3 percent to $85.77. The company's global comparable sales improved 3.3 percent for the month of May. Meanwhile, the company stated that that it expects foreign currency translation, at current exchange rates, to negatively impact its second quarter earnings per share by $0.07-$0.09.
Progress Software Corp. (PRGS) is declining nearly 9 percent to $18.50. The company pre-announced weak second quarter results, citing several factors, including overall weakness in the global economy. The company expects second quarter revenues to fall between 15 percent and 18 percent and non-GAAP earnings per share to decline between 51 percent and 56 percent year-over-year.
