Mary J. Blige was spotted on the red carpet for the premiere of the new film Rock of Ages. Blige donned a form-fitting black dress and a bob as she posed for pics with several of her co-stars including Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Julianne Hough.
The Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul stars in the role of Justice, a strip club owner. She says she visited several strip joints in order to prepare for the role:
"When I got there, the women are so sincere and they're running [over] and they're like, 'We love you, we love your music. You saved my life. I'm sitting there talking to them all night and the guys are waiting to get dances and they're talking to me."
Rock of Ages gets its nationwide release on June 15.
