United Insurance Holdings Appoints John Forney As CEO

United Insurance Holdings Corp. (UIHC) Tuesday announced appointment of John Forney as its Chief Executive Officer, effective June 14. Forney will also serve as director on the company's board.

Forney most recently served as managing director in Raymond James' Public Finance Department, leading the firm's investment banking efforts in catastrophe insurance financing.

The poll showed that 54 percent of Americans are following the news that the IRS targeted conservative groups for greater scrutiny "very" or "somewhat" closely.
