The NASDAQ Stock Market said Wednesday it will delist the common stock of SMF Energy Corp., the stock of which was suspended on April 25, 2012 and has not traded since. NASDAQ also will delist the common stock of Qiao Xing Universal Resources Inc., which was suspended on May 10, 2012 and has not traded since.
NASDAQ also announced it will delist the common stock of Pressure BioSciences Inc., the stock of which suspended on April 05, 2012 and has not traded since. It will also delist the common stock of Affirmative Insurance Holdings Inc.
NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
