Former Cake Drummer's Wife Files For Divorce After Child Molestation Charges

Former Cake drummer Peter McNeal has reportedly been divorced by his wife of thirteen years after he was tried for child molestation.

McNeal was accused of molesting a three-year-old girl during a Thanksgiving dinner in 2009, but his trial was discontinued after a jury could not reach a verdict.

McNeal's ex-wife Jill has reportedly filed divorce papers in a Los Angeles County Court citing "irreconcilable differences" between the pair.

According to various sources, she has moved to deny him any spousal support and has asked for full physical custody of their two children. She has not, however, denied visitation rights to their kids.

McNeal is due to appear in court again in August.

Reps for the LAPD put the word out to any other potential victims shortly after picking up McNeal earlier this year:

"When a person goes to that level chances are they may have done it again. We don't know, but we have to put it out there just in case."
