BluePhoenix (BPHX) announced that Shimon Bar-Kama has resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the company so he can rejoin the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Matt Bell, who is currently the company President, will now be President & Chief Executive Officer.
The company noted that Bar-Kama will continue as an employee of the company until early August. He will assist and support Bell during this period.
BluePhoenix also announced that Doron Elhanani has resigned as a member of the board due to other commitments.
