Kristopher Roe, frontman for the Ataris, has offered up a free download of his acoustic album Hang Your Head in Hope. The album will be released through Paper + Plastick Records and will include a selection of new songs, plus some Ataris classics.
Some of the old Ataris tunes included on the album are "San Dimas High School Football Rules," "Your Boyfriend Sucks," "In This Diary" and "The Hero Dies In This One."
Roe has also debuted several new tracks that will appear on the Ataris forthcoming LP, The Graveyard of the Atlantic, due this fall, also on Paper + Plastick.
The new songs include the forthcoming album's title track as well as "All Souls Day." The tracks were originally released as a limited edition 7-inch vinyl. Fans can pick up a free stream of the album through the Paper + Plastick webstore.
