Against its US counterpart, the New Zealand dollar declined further during New York afternoon deals on Thursday. At 1:40 pm ET, the kiwi dropped to a 6-day low of 0.7880 versus the greenback, compared to Wednesday's closing value of 0.7964.
The NZ currency also dropped further against the euro and the Japanese yen in today's afternoon session. Currently, the kiwi is trading near 1.5954 against the euro and 63.19 versus the yen from previous session's highs of 1.5821 and 64.05, respectively.
