The Babcock & Wilcox Co. (BWC) said Thursday its unit Babcock & Wilcox Nuclear Operations Group Inc. has been awarded two U.S. Naval Reactors Program contracts totaling about $82 million.
The contracts pertains to the manufacture of steam generating components as well as disassembly and recovery of highly enriched uranium materials.
