Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, a 26-year-old woman who was arrested in front of Usher's home in Georgia over the weekend (July 1), was admitted to the psych ward of a mental hospital for mental evaluation following her arrest.
She was issued a trespassing warning by officers, who later had to be called back to the scene after she was once again found loitering.
TMZ reported that it was Usher himself who issued the call to authorities, alerting them to her renewed presence. She was then placed under arrest for violating the criminal trespass warning; however, jail officials refused her admittance owing to her erratic behavior.
She was taken to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was admitted for evaluation and released. Jones-Rakestraw is due in court later this month.
