Australia's retail sales data for May is due for release in Asian deals on Wednesday at 9:30 pm ET. Ahead of the report, the Australian dollar rose against the euro, Canadian dollar and the US dollar, but it moved sideways against the yen. As of 9:22 pm ET, the aussie traded at 1.0297 against the US dollar, 1.2234 against the euro, 1.0430 against the Canadian dollar and 82.07 against the yen.
