Northern Tier Energy LP (NTI), in a filing, said it anticipates that the initial public offering price of its common units will be between $19.00 and $21.00 per common unit.

The company's common units have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "NTI."

To the extent that the underwriters sell more than 16.25 million common units, the underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 2.44 million common units at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.
