eDiscovery and information management company Daegis Inc. (DAEG) reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $15.7 million or $1.08 per share, slightly narrower than the net loss of $15.9 million or $1.08 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
Excluding items, non-GAAP net loss for the latest fourth quarter was $0.4 million or $0.03 per share, compared to non-GAAP net income of $1.2 million or $0.08 per share in the same quarter last year.
Total revenues for the latest quarter declined to $9.8 million from $11.8 million in the year-ago quarter.
