Last November, KISS announced a marketing deal with Sanrio's Hello Kitty brand, a partnership which has led to the launch of a KISS/Hello Kitty-themed line of toilet paper.
Frontman Gene Simmons revealed last June that he met with Sanrio, owners of the Hello Kitty brand, to seal "a Kiss/Hello Kitty worldwide deal. Wow."
Besides toilet paper, a range of Kiss/Hello Kitty plush toys is available, based on the images on the cover of the band's Dynasty album.
KISS guitarist Paul Stanley, recently told Reuters that their new album Monster is in the can:
"Monster is done. It's heart is beating, and it's chained down until we release it in October. I was asked if it's a great Kiss album and I said, 'Forget about Kiss - I truly believe it's far beyond being a Kiss album.'"
