The company said it is selling 8.33 million Class A ordinary shares and the selling shareholder is selling 8.33 million Class A ordinary shares.
The company's Class A ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MANU," subject to official notice of issuance.
