BOK Financial Corp. (BOKF) Wednesday reported net income of $97.68 million or $1.43 per share for the second quarter ended 30 June 2012, higher than net income of $69.01 million or $1.00 per share reported for the corresponding quarter last year.
Net interest revenue after provision for credit losses rose to $189.36 million in the second quarter of 2012 from $171.31 million reported in the same quarter a year ago.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $1.13 per share on revenues of $317.44 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
