Earnings Watch For August 3 (BZH, PG, YRCW, WCRX)

Single-family homebuilder Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH) is expected to report results for the third quarter. The company is expected to report a loss of $0.33 per share on revenues of $263.89 million. In the year-ago quarter, the company reported loss of $0.80 per share on revenues of $172.83 million. The shares closed Thursday at $2.31. Procter & Gamble Co. (PG) is due to post fourth-quarter results. The consumer goods giant is expected to record earnings of $0.77 per share, lower than last year's $0.84 per share, with revenues estimated at $20.26 billion. Shares of PG closed Thursday's trade at $63.51. (The stock declined around 8% in Q4; MA(50)- $62.55; MA(100)- $64.23; 52-wk H/L $67.95/$57.56)

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) is scheduled to report second-quarter results. The company is expected to report a loss of $4.43 per share compared to the loss of $243.00 per share a year ago. Also, the company is anticipated to generate revenues of $1.31 billion, up from $1.26 billion recorded a year earlier. The company's shares closed Thursday's session at $5.77. (The stock gained nearly 6% in Q2; MA(50)- $6.52; MA(100)- $6.57; 52-wk H/L $270.00/$4.56)

Irish pharmaceutical firm Warner Chilcott Plc (WCRX) is slated to report results for the second quarter. Earnings and revenue for the quarter are expected to be $0.80 per share and $605.63 million respectively. Last year, the company earned $0.94 per share on revenues of $670.29 million. The stock closed Thursday at $16.66. (The stock up about 7% in Q2; MA(50)- $18.23; MA(100)- $18.16; 52-wk H/L $23.28/$12.90)

Additionally, Immunogen Inc. (IMGN), Novavax, Inc. (NVAX), Health Net, Inc. (HNT), United States Cellular Corp. (USM), Washington Post Co. (WPO) and WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (WCG) will report their results today.
