Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (CQP) reported second-quarter net loss of $24.9 million, wider than $6.9 million in the comparable quarter last year. Net income for the latest quarter was $0.17 per unit, compared to $0.32 per unit for the year-ago quarter.
Total revenues for the quarter fell to $61.40 million from $73.61 million a year ago.
The company said estimates that the annualized distribution to common unitholders for fiscal year 2012 will be $1.70 per unit. The company will pay a cash distribution per common unit of $0.425 to unitholders of record as of August 1, and the related general partner distribution on August 14, 2012.
