Swedish House Prices Increase In Q2

House prices in Sweden increased 1 percent quarter-on-quarter in the second quarter, data released by Statistics Sweden showed Thursday.

Prices decreased 3 percent annually during the period. In June, prices rose 0.3 percent on a monthly basis following a flat reading in May.

The average real estate price for one- or two-dwelling building was SEK 2 million during the second quarter of 2012.
