Pink Floyd might have denied that they are appearing at the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics, but they cannot deny that someone recreated one of their most classic album covers with dirty socks.

The Tumblr page, Famous Album Covers Recreated With My Socks, has posted several pictures of famous album covers, which were made by arranging different colored used socks. Some of the albums recreated are Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon from 1973 and the Velvet Underground's debut album from 1967, The Velvet Underground & Nico.

A few other album covers that were done from different genres of music beside classic rock are the Strokes' debut album Is This It and Kanye West's 808 & Heartbreak.
