Bloomin' Brands Inc. (BLMN), announced that it has completed its initial public offering of 16 million shares of its common stock at $11.00 per share. The offering included 13 million shares sold by Bloomin' Brands and 3 million shares sold by certain selling stockholders.
The company said that the shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on August 8, 2012 under the symbol "BLMN."
The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.20 million shares from Bloomin' Brands and up to 1.20 million from certain of the selling stockholders.
