Toby Keith's new album, Hope on the Rocks, is due November 13. So far, Keith has released one single, "I Like Girls That Drink Beer," which has done well on Billboard's Country Songs chart, climbing to number 27.
A press release states that the album is "the latest result of Toby's relentless creative process — writing, performing and producing." Keith produced the LP and was its principle songwriter.
Hope on the Rocks will be available in standard (ten songs) and deluxe (14 songs) editions. His last album, Clancy's Tavern, was released in 2011 and yielded the R.I.A.A.-certified platinum single "Red Solo Cup."
Keith's Live in Overdrive tour continues with a Thursday, August 30 show in Sparta, Wisconsin with shows on Saturday in St. Louis and Sunday in Chicago.
