L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has ordered Amanda Bynes not to drive without a valid driver's license.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old ignored the judge's order and got behind the wheel Thursday night September 13, and tapped a parked car with the bumper of her black BMW 5-series.

Bynes had already lost her right to drive because she is facing a DUI charge and also two counts of hit-and-run, reports the Los Angeles Times.

Bynes's attorney Bob Wilson appeared on her behalf in front of a judge:

"We haven't completed her DMV hearing so she couldn't have lost her license."

However, Wilson said the D.A. later told him that Bynes's license does come up as suspended in the official records.
